Job Description

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Manage the company’s bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable, to maintain financial integrity.

Draft and manage correspondence, ensuring all communications are professional and reflect the company’s brand.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, managing the executive calendar to optimize time and resources effectively.

Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing insights to support strategic financial planning.

Maintain and organize company records, ensuring easy access to important documents for audits and compliance.

Process payroll and ensure timely payment of salaries while adhering to all legal requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles, showcasing a diverse skill set.

Fluency in English is mandatory, with proficiency in a second language being a significant advantage.

Strong technical skills in accounting software such as Quick Books, Sage, or similar platforms.

Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with various stakeholders.

Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with integrity.

NOTE: Knowledge of TALLY PRIME is mandatory.
