We are looking for a well experienced and skilled Male Arabic Mobile Technician :
– Analysis and troubleshooting mobile devices to identify hardware and software issues
– Replace or repair damaged components, including screens, batteries, charging ports, and buttons
– Use analytic tools and software to accurately determine problems
– Competently disassemble and reassemble mobile devices, avoiding damage
– Carefully test repaired devices to ensure all functions work correctly
– Maintain an inventory of replacement parts, tools, and supplies
– Perform quality control checks to meet industry standards and ensure customer satisfaction
– Keep careful records of repairs, including work performed, parts used, and customer information
– Stay updated on the latest mobile device models, technologies, and repair techniques
– Proficiency in mobile device diagnostics, repair, and troubleshooting
– Effective communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet repair deadlines
– Knowledge of mobile device hardware, operating systems, and software
– Non-smoker
– Must be currently residing in UAE.-
