We are looking for a skilled and experienced Butcher to join our Central Kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cutting, trimming, and preparing chicken and other products for distribution to our outlets. This role requires precision, efficiency, and adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
Responsibilities:
Cut, trim, debone, and portion meat (chicken) according to kitchen requirements
Ensure consistent quality and portioning of products
Maintain proper storage and inventory of products
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations
Operate and maintain butchery equipment safely
Work efficiently to meet daily production targets
Assist in receiving and inspecting deliveries
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area
Requirements:
Proven experience as a butcher, preferably in a central kitchen or food production setting
Knowledge of different meat cuts and processing techniques
Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good physical stamina, as the job requires standing and handling heavy products
Team player with strong attention to detail
Flexibility to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
Willing to be assigned to any store in UAE.
