Job Title: Accountant – Medical Center (Abu Dhabi)

We are a leading medical center in Abu Dhabi committed to delivering high-quality healthcare services. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and monthly reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards.
- Process payroll and monitor cash flow.
- Handle VAT preparation and filing.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor financial transactions.
- Coordinate with auditors and assist during financial audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Work closely with management to provide financial insights and reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in a medical center, clinic, or hospital in Abu Dhabi/UAE.
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Accounting Software is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with healthcare billing, insurance claims, and medical accounting.
- Professional accounting certifications (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
