Position: Accountant ( Male ) – Automobile Service Center
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments for parts, labor, and customer transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts daily, identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain financial accuracy.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets, to provide insights into the service center s financial health.
- Process payroll accurately and on time, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes for all service center employees.
Qualifications
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Hold a professional accounting certification such as CPA or CMA, or be actively pursuing one.
- Demonstrate 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably within the automotive service industry.
- Exhibit proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
