Accountant (Madinah, KSA) Jobs in المدينة at ShaikhTech Limited
We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized Accountant to join our finance team in Madinah. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate financial records, ensure compliance with Saudi tax regulations, contribute to the financial health of our growing operations and in charge of all projects.
Responsibilities
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain the general ledger, process journal entries, and ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Monitor and manage incoming vendor invoices, verify receipts, process payments, and oversee client invoicing and collections.
- Tax & Compliance: Prepare, review, and file quarterly ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority) VAT returns ensuring full compliance with KSA tax regulations.
- Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank reconciliations, balance sheet account reconciliations, and inter-company ledger matchings.
- Financial Reporting: Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow)
- Payroll & Expense Administration: Prepares monthly payroll and verifies employee expense claims.
Required Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of professional accounting experience, ideally within Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.
- Tax Knowledge: Solid understanding of KSA VAT regulations and ZATCA electronic invoicing (Fatoorah) requirements.
- Skills: Strong numerical proficiency, excellent analytical skills, and sharp attention to detail.
- Language: Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Software & Modern Accounting Workflow
- ERP / Accounting Systems: Advanced proficiency in standard accounting software (QuickBooks and Zoho).
- Spreadsheets: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, financial modeling).
