Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, company portal, and automation tasks. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Management, MIS automation, IT hardware infrastructure, and network security to ensure seamless business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Company Portal Management (Microsoft 365): Oversee the management, security, and updates of the company portal, ensuring smooth operations.
SharePoint Administration: Manage and maintain SharePoint sites for document management and collaboration while implementing best practices.
Automation & MIS Support: Assist in the automation of Management Information Reports and support decision-making.
IT Infrastructure & Hardware Management: Maintain and troubleshoot IT hardware infrastructure, ensuring system security, network stability, and hardware efficiency.
Network & Security Management: Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, and APIs to ensure secure and efficient communication across the infrastructure.
Scripting & Development: Utilize Python and other coding languages to automate processes, improve system efficiencies, and enhance security protocols.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in Microsoft 365 administration, SharePoint management, and network infrastructure.
Strong understanding of firewall configurations, VPN setup, API integrations, and network architecture.
Proficiency in Python and coding skills for automation and troubleshooting.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
