Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, excellent customer service skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty drinks.
Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all beverages.
Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment.
Handle customer orders efficiently while providing friendly and professional service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station.
Assist in managing inventory and restocking ingredients as needed.
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
Suggest and upsell beverages or desserts to enhance the customer experience.
Work efficiently during peak hours and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
