We are looking for an experienced Accountant with a strong background in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry to join our growing business, which operates a Central Kitchen and Restaurants in Doha.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare food cost calculations and monitor cost variations.
- Conduct food wastage analysis and prepare relevant reports.
- Manage stock and inventory records, including regular stock verification.
- Prepare and review Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and financial reports.
- Handle payroll and salary processing.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform daily accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate with restaurant and central kitchen teams to ensure accurate recording of costs, purchases, stock, and wastage.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of accounting experience in the F&B industry, preferably within restaurants, central kitchens, catering, or similar food businesses.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP.
- Hands-on experience in food costing, wastage analysis, inventory management, payroll, AP/AR, and financial reporting.
- Good understanding of restaurant and central kitchen operations.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Language Requirements Candidates should be able to communicate in:
English | Hindi | Malayalam.
Experience:
F&B Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)
