Help AG is seeking a talented and experienced Accountant to support company growth, improve processes, and enhance efficiency. The role involves various duties across departments.
Responsibilities:
Post journal entries for accruals, amortization, depreciation, WIP reversal, and WIP calculation.
Update Job cards with task lines, project code, business streams, WIP method, and budget selling price and cost.
Update Job planning lines with budget hours, selling price, and cost; update SLA.
Reconcile project values between NAV and SharePoint.
Monitor archived projects monthly for revenue recognition (PS/PM/SA/CTA).
Ensure accuracy and support for overhead accounts.
Prepare and update monthly balance sheet schedules.
Identify and resolve discrepancies and variances in assigned accounts promptly.
Create fixed asset IDs and post asset acquisitions.
Monitor bank balances daily, process intercompany transfers, and handle tax remittances.
Propose initiatives to improve process efficiency.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
At least 4 years of relevant accounting experience.
Experience with general ledger functions.
Knowledge of Microsoft NAV (highly preferred).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to understand complex business processes.
Flexible and structured work approach.
Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration and reconciliation.
Proficiency in English;
Arabic is a plus.
Ability to handle high workloads and tight deadlines.
