- Assist in the month‑end closing process by preparing Journal Entries, Accounts Reconciliation and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and ad‑hoc financial reports on a periodic basis.
- Participate in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, working closely with other departments to gather necessary information and ensure accuracy.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely processing and payment.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
- Help in analyzing costs/expenses associated with various business activities or projects, including identifying cost drivers and opportunities for cost reduction or efficiency improvements.
- Assist in maintaining internal controls and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures, including participating in audits and implementing recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field/role.
- Strong accounting skills and understanding of Chart of Accounts.
- Experience in SAP ECC or S/4 Hana and other ERP preferable.
- Experience in trading and manufacturing business desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
