Job Profile
Land Laboratories is seeking a detail-oriented andresults-drivenAccountant tojoin our growing team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts receivable and payable, and assisting with the preparation of financial reports.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and Keep Records of VAT and Zakat (as per ZATCA).
Issue and Monitor Customer Invoices, Including Follow-up on Payments.
Maintain Supplier Invoices and Coordinate with Group Accounts for Payment :
Monitor Accounts Receivable, Follow-up on Overdue Payments, and Manage Collections Procedure.
Internal Operational Cash Flow (Petty Cash) Monitoring and Handling
Prepare and Generate Financial Data to Assist in the Preparation of Financial Reports for Management
Perform Regular Reconciliations of Accounts, Identify Discrepancies, and Investigate and Resolve Variances Promptly
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, Business Administration with a major in accounting, or Management.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working in accounting and administration roles.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, including VAT and Zakat regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
Excellentattention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
Strong analytical andproblem-solvingabilities.
Excellentcommunicationand interpersonal skills.
