Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Copper Brazer to join our team. The Copper Brazer will be responsible for brazing copper pipes and components to create joints that are strong and durable. The Brazer will read and follow written instructions and directions. Safety is a key component to this role.
Responsibilities
Using preset procedures and sequences, carry out repetitive progressive line assembly of parts and sub-assemblies. Braze copper pipes and components using a variety of techniques.
Tasks include getting copper components and pipes ready for brazing, soldering, pressure testing, purging, and/or vacuuming of refrigerant lines.
Read, understand, and apply method sheets and assembly diagrams, in addition to following verbal (written and oral) directions to meet product specifications.
Calculate material measurements to verify specifications.
Maintaining and inspecting tools and equipment as well as creating work orders for their necessary repairs.
Be knowledgeable, follow, and understand all applicable safety rules and procedures.
Follow up the production plan and report daily performance.

Pay: AED1,500.00 – AED1,700.00 per month
