Responsibilities
Daily posting of OVs, Inventory, Manufacturing Completion Batches
Solving integrity issue batches
Daily Printing of inventory reports for G/L, A/P, A/R, F/A
Internal user support & conducting training for new end users
Updating master information of supplier and customer & creating new G/L Accounts & Business Units
Testing of new options/reports developed by IT
Allocation of the cost of shared services business units
Passing re-classification JVs
Pre-financial reports & segment report generation from the system
Skills
Bachelor’s degree holder with aproven track recordof academic or work experience in the Finance sector
4-6 years experience
Accounting, ERP, Microsoft, and English Language proficiency
Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles
Proven command of negotiation skills to build long-lasting partnerships with clients
A keen eye for minute details coupled with an instant ability to make sound decisions
Ability to prepare detailed and accurate reports within the given timeframe as per requirements
Hands-on experiencein handling MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Power Point
