We are hiring a QHSE Officer to ensure the highest standards of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) within our organization. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in the Facilities Management (FM) industry, along with relevant certifications and skills.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of UAE experience as a QHSE Officer in the FM industry.
OSHAD-certified (mandatory).
NEBOSH-certified and ISO certification (mandatory).
Diploma in Safety Management.
An Engineering qualification will be an advantage.

Key Skills and Expertise:

Proven experience in Emergency Management.
Strong knowledge of Fire Safety protocols.
Proficiency in conducting Audits and Inspections as per ISO and OSHAD standards.
Ability to deliver HSE training programs effectively.
Competence in preparing and submitting Monthly HSE Reports.
Experience in Road Safety and Warehousing Storage Management.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies and procedures in compliance with local and international standards.
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections, ensuring adherence to ISO and OSHAD requirements.
Coordinate and manage emergency response plans and safety drills.
Deliver safety training sessions to employees and contractors.
Monitor and report on safety performance, providing actionable insights to management.
Oversee road safety initiatives and ensure proper warehouse storage compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
