Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of accounting experience within the UAE, with a strong understanding of financial reporting, VAT regulations, and ecommerce business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws and timely submission of VAT returns.
Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts.
Handle payroll processing and related entries.
Assist in preparing for audits and liaise with external auditors.
Support month-end and year-end close processes.
Review and manage ecommerce payment gateways, transactions, and refunds.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Work experience in Ecommerce field will be a plus.
Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
