Role

Purpose:

Primarily to handle processing of transactions, such as employee loans, employee claims, governmental payments, etc. Also facilitates in the fixed assets management and scrap sales process covering the financial part.

Accountabilities:

  • Maintain, allocate, post, verify and reconcile Expenses Accounts
    • Maintain & control Public and Government relations expenses.
    • Maintain & control Petty cash and business trip expense.
    • Track & maintain customs clearance for export sales.
    • Maintain & control Share Holder Accounts and Payments.
    • Maintain and control Business Loan by Employee.
  • Creating functional purchase requests & GRN.
