We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Engineer to join our team in the Marine, Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience and a strong background in managing multiple projects, assessing manpower requirements, and ensuring project execution within scope, time, and budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage multiple projects, ensuring timely execution and completion.
Evaluate and assess manpower requirements to optimize resource allocation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Prepare and present project reports, schedules, and budgets to management.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.
Drive operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness across project phases.
Requirements:
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum of 4 years of experience in the Marine, Oil & Gas industry.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.
Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
A valid driving license is mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
