Main Responsibilities and Duties
- Record transactions in accounting books and review reconciliation and transfer operations.
- Review documents for check disbursement before signing, as well as review them monthly before transferring to accounts and preparing necessary reports.
- Monitor the control process over the books, documents, and forms used, and the disbursement operations.
- Conduct necessary financial analyses to present accounting information in a way that assists management in decision-making.
- Review and audit the work of accounting staff and review the results extracted from the system.
- Execute all financial and accounting tasks according to the instructions received from the direct supervisor.
- Review disbursement and deposit documents and prepare necessary reports for that, and maintain records and documents used in his work.
- Participate in the execution of actual inventory for stored goods and funds, as well as the annual inventory to evaluate stock according to recognized accounting principles.
- Review payroll, bonuses, and additional work for company employees.
- Participate in reviewing and analyzing ongoing advances.
Building and maintaining relationships, cooperation, and knowledge development
- Continuous communication with various departments to coordinate work and obtain information.
- Continuous communication with company clients to follow up on payment processes and carry out necessary adjustments.
- Enhance utilization of company resources and maintain working relationships and respond to client needs.
- Manage client relationships through proactive and effective communication and problem-solving.
- Responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery and adding value to company departments and clients.
