Accountant
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of accounting experience, particularly within the real estate & construction sector, and will be responsible for ensuring smooth financial operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring that all payments and invoices are processed in a timely manner.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash flow using.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to analyze and report on the financial performance of construction projects.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of VAT returns and tax filings.
- Conduct month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Assist in audits and prepare documentation required for audit purposes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven accounting experience, in the construction industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using ERP software and excel for financial reporting.
- Understanding of UAE VAT regulations and accounting standards.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
