Accountant Jobs in Abu Dhabi at SIADAH INTERNATIONAL REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT
We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our finance team and play a key role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting business growth.
Financial Reporting: Prepare, examine, and analyze financial reports, statements, and records to ensure accuracy and compliance with IFRS standards and local UAE regulations.
General Ledger Management: Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including journal entries, ledger reconciliation, and month-end and year-end closing processes.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts, working closely with the development and project management teams.
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage AP/AR processes, ensuring timely payments to vendors and invoicing to clients. Reconcile all accounts regularly.
Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flows to ensure sufficient liquidity for project-related expenditures and operational needs.
Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with VAT laws and other UAE tax regulations. Handle tax filings and ensure timely submissions to authorities.
Audit Coordination: Liaise with external auditors to ensure timely and accurate completion of audits. Prepare audit schedules and support documents as required.
System Implementation: Participate in the implementation of accounting systems, ensuring they are optimized for the company’s needs.
Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with department heads, project managers, and external stakeholders to provide financial insights and support.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, ACCA, or CMA is a plus.
3 – 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and real estate financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Odoo, SalesForce)
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects , meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
