Job Summary:
As an Accountant at Red Bull MOBILE Saudi, you will focus on managing accounts payable and inventory management, playing a crucial role in our financial operations. You will ensure that our financial records are accurate, our vendor relationships are maintained smoothly, and our inventory is well-monitored. Your expertise will help us maintain the financial integrity that underpins our ambitious growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable:
Handle day-to-day accounts payable processes, including verifying, classifying, posting, and recording all transactions.
Reconcile accounts payable ledgers to ensure proper posting of all bills and payments.
Resolve any discrepancies and address billing issues with vendors in a timely manner.
Maintain vendor files and correspond with vendors to answer inquiries.
Assist in the month-end closing process and help with other accounting projects as needed.
Prepare analysis of accounts and generate detailed monthly financial reports.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and reconcile inventory levels against physical stock records.
Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and mitigate discrepancies.
Generate reports on inventory status, usage, and any discrepancies for managerial review.
Help streamline inventory processes to drive operational efficiency.
Assist with month-end closing and contribute to other accounting projects.
Qualifications:
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, inventory management procedures, and fair credit practices.
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and Oracle Fusion.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of combined experience in accounts payable, inventory management, or similar roles.
