Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accounts receivable, documenting bills, and supporting documentation
- Maintaining accounts payable, ensure timely payment of invoices, confirming validity of the debt and gathering appropriate signatures
- Updating financial records via accounting software
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations
- Monthly closing & financial reporting
- Bank reconciliation
- Inter-branch reconciliation
- VAT filing & compliance
- ZATCA documentation support
- The candidate should possess knowledge about the Tally Prime account software.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
- Strong understanding of KSA accounting practices
- 5 years of Hands-on experience with accounting software & Excel
- Strong analytical and communication skills
