Job Title: Accountant
Location: Qatar
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in accounting processes, support audits, and contribute to the smooth financial operations of the company. Facility Management (FM) experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and reconciliations
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with Qatar financial regulations and company policies
- Support external and internal audits with required documentation
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and cash flow management
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling financial data
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Certified Chartered Accountant
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role
- Facility Management (FM) accounting experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Professional, presentable, and trustworthy
