Accountant Jobs in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia at QEUZ
We are looking for a professional Accountant to work in a company in the entertainment and hospitality sector, with prior experience using Odoo (Odoo).
No applications will be accepted without practical experience in Odoo.
Responsibilities:
1. Closing daily sales within Odoo (Odoo PoS) and ensuring the accuracy of daily sales session closures:
Reviewing all cash and electronic sales and ensuring they match receipts and daily reports.
Recording any financial discrepancies
2. Entering financial transactions (expenses, invoices, revenues, etc.) into the system.
3. Conducting periodic reconciliations: Bank accounts monthly. Supplier accounts every 3 months. Accounts receivable monthly.
4. Managing and tracking inventory within the system.
5. Preparing tax reports (VAT) and knowing how to submit them to the General Authority of Zakat and Tax and Customs.
6. Preparing the annual budget and final financial statements.
7. Monitoring financial obligations and fixed expenses:
Ensuring the payment of regular invoices such as rents, salaries, suppliers, and others.
8. Dealing with payroll (Payroll Accounting):
Preparing payroll for employees
Monitoring payroll entries in Odoo and ensuring compliance with tax and labor regulations.
Required Qualifications:
Experience in the restaurant or hospitality sector
Practical experience in Odoo (Odoo) in accounting, especially in point of sale (Odoo PoS).
Experience of at least two years in accounting, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality sector.
Good knowledge of Saudi tax systems.
