WE ARE HIRING – ACCOUNTANT
Promed Trading is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and organized Accountant to join our team in Doha, Qatar.
Position: Accountant
Location: Doha, Qatar
Employment: Full-time
Preferred: Asian Nationality Candidates with experience working in Qatar or the GCC
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial and accounting records
- Prepare invoices, receipts, payments, and financial reports
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare and follow up on customer quotations and commercial offers
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations and pricing
- Follow up on customer payments and collections
- Monitor outstanding receivables and conduct collection follow-ups
- Reconcile bank, supplier, and customer accounts
- Prepare purchase orders and related documentation
- Assist with monthly and annual financial closing
- Maintain proper filing of financial and commercial documents
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Relevant accounting experience
- Experience in quotations, invoicing, collections, and supplier coordination
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Qatar/GCC experience is an advantage
