Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements and reports.
- Maintain general ledger and accounting records.
- Process accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Assist with budgeting and audits.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 8 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage.
