Responsibilities:
- Recording daily accounting entries accurately.
- Monitoring accounts for purchases and sales.
- Preparing bank reconciliations and matching accounts.
- Reviewing and closing daily sales.
- Tracking sales systems; experience with Foodics is preferred.
- Matching sales with communication applications (basic strip).
- Assisting with monthly closing activities and preparing financial reports.
- Coordinating with operational departments and branches regarding financial operations.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in the accounting field.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in accounting or any related field.
- Previous experience in the restaurant or food and beverage sector is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting entries and bank reconciliations.
