Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue quotations and proforma invoices to customers.
- Generate sales invoices, tax invoices, credit notes, and delivery-related documentation.
- Send proforma invoices to clients and follow up for approvals and purchase orders.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable and customer ledgers.
- Prepare financial statements and monthly reports.
- Maintain accounting records and documentation.
- Assist with budgeting and audits.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
- Knowledge of VAT regulations
