Role Overview
Beyond Ads is looking for an organized and customer centric account manager. This role combines teamwork, client relations, and brand strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the content creation lifecycle, including delivery of the content and answering any client request
- Setup brainstorming sessions with the client to align on objectives, brand identity, and content direction
- Ensure client satisfaction by actively listening to feedbacks, addressing concerns, and managing revisions when needed
- Stay up to date with trends and result driven approaches, proactively introducing new ideas and concepts
- Manage model database and coordinate with models ahead of shoots
- Organize production logistics including Airbnb rentals, locations, and shoot schedules
- Work on up-selling opportunities with clients and handle renewals
Team coordination and reporting
- Set up meetings with the managers of each department to prepare the strategy, content and media buying plan for each client/project
- Monitor the content creation process, including scripting, shooting, editing, and final delivery, making sure deadlines are met
- Provide the marketing manager with updates and feedback on ongoing projects
