Account Manager (Techno-Commercial) – AV & Digital Signage

• 3-7 years of experience in the AV, Digital Signage, ELV, or related technology industry.

• Strong techno-commercial and solution-selling skills.

• Hands-on knowledge of AV systems, LED displays, video walls, control rooms, and Unified Communications (UC) solutions.

• Experience in preparing technical documentation, BOQs, compliance statements, and techno-commercial proposals.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.

Your responsibilities

• Track opportunities and support sales targets through effective solution selling.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, system integrators, and end users.

• Design and propose solutions for Audio Visual (AV), Digital Signage, LED Display Solutions, Video Walls, Control Rooms, and Unified Communications (UC)

• Prepare BOQs, system designs, technical submittals, compliance statements, and techno-commercial proposals.

• Conduct site surveys and coordinate with vendors/manufacturers on solution design and technical support.

• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, customer training and proof-of-concept (POC) solutions.

• Support tender submissions, contract reviews, and ensure smooth project handover to implementation teams.

• Collaborate with sales teams, system integrators (SI), consultants, contractors, and end users to provide technical support and drive new business opportunities.
