Account Manager – IT Staffing Jobs in Doha, Qatar at Vistas Global
Manage and develop long-term relationships with assigned IT staffing clients
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment delivery onboarding workforce deployment and ongoing account support
Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements
Monitor service delivery client satisfaction and operational performance against agreed service levels
Identify opportunities for account growth service expansion and workforce solutions
Coordinate with HR Finance and Operations to support the employee lifecycle
Prepare and maintain accurate client documentation reports and performance metrics
Ensure compliance with company policies contractual obligations and service standards
Proven expertise in IT Staffing, Technology Recruitment, Resource Augmentation, and Workforce Solutions.
Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience managing end-to-end recruitment delivery and account operations.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve client hiring and delivery objectives.
Strong understanding of IT roles, technology recruitment, and the staffing lifecycle.
Commercial awareness with the ability to identify account growth and business development opportunities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in IT Staffing, Technology Recruitment, Outsourcing, Managed Services, or Workforce Solutions.
Proven experience managing corporate or enterprise client accounts.
Strong understanding of recruitment operations, workforce planning, and client service delivery.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
GCC experience is preferred.
