Account Manager – IT Staffing

Join our growing team as an Account Manager – IT Staffing, where you will manage key client accounts, drive recruitment delivery, and oversee the successful deployment of technology professionals across client projects. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in IT staffing, technology recruitment, managed services, outsourcing, or workforce solutions, with a strong focus on client relationship management and service delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT Staffing, Technology Recruitment, Outsourcing, Managed Services, or Workforce Solutions.
• Proven experience managing corporate or enterprise client accounts.
• Strong understanding of recruitment operations, workforce planning, and client service delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
• GCC experience is preferred.
