Account Manager – Food Ingredients / Raw Materials
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (with regional travel)

Finan Group is looking for an Account Manager based in Jeddah with a strong background in ingredients/raw materials for the food industry – such as emulsifiers, enzymes, stabilizers, dairy cultures, starches, sweeteners, and other specialty food ingredients.

Your Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of clients in the food manufacturing sector in Saudi Arabia-ensuring exceptional service, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting ingredient solution delivery in collaboration with technical and application teams.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong client relationships with food manufacturers.
Understand technical ingredient needs and coordinate with internal experts.
Ensure smooth product delivery and resolve any account-related issues.
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within food ingredient lines.
Manage contracts, renewals, and ensure timely payment collections.
Support onboarding of new clients with clear communication and guidance.
Collaborate across Sales, Technical, QA, Operations, and Marketing.
Keep CRM records updated with all client interactions and statuses.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of sales/account management experience in food ingredients or raw materials.
Technical knowledge or experience with emulsifiers, enzymes, stabilizers, dairy cultures, starches, or sweeteners is essential.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
Familiarity with CRM and project management tools.
Fluent in English (spoken and written);
Arabic is a plus.
Client-focused mindset with a service-driven approach.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Effective problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
Proven track record in payment follow-up and collections.
Entrepreneurial mindset with an eye for business growth.
