We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Infrastructure & Wet Utilities Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting and designing infrastructure projects, particularly those involving wet utilities such as water supply, sewage systems, stormwater drainage, and other related utilities. The role requires proficiency in using CAD software to create detailed technical drawings and plans, as well as the ability to collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure the accurate execution of designs.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed and accurate technical drawings for infrastructure projects related to wet utilities, including water supply, sewage, drainage, and stormwater systems.
Collaborate with engineers and project managers to understand project requirements and specifications.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, local regulations, and client requirements in all drafts and designs.
Assist in the preparation of site layouts, utility plans, and detailed cross-sectional views of wet utility systems.
Review and revise designs as per project requirements and feedback from the engineering team.
Coordinate with other team members to ensure integration of designs with other infrastructure elements.
Prepare and maintain drawing records, updates, and revisions throughout the project lifecycle.
Assist in the preparation of design reports, technical specifications, and other documentation as needed.
Support project teams in resolving any issues related to utility systems during the design and construction phases.
Attend project meetings and assist in presenting design concepts and solutions to clients and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or degree in Drafting, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Draftsman in infrastructure projects, with a focus on wet utilities such as water, sewage, and drainage systems.
Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
Strong understanding of wet utility systems design principles and construction methods.
Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce precise technical drawings.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working within a multidisciplinary team.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.
Preferred:
Experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects, including water treatment plants, sewage systems, and stormwater management.
Familiarity with 3D modeling and other advanced drafting techniques.

Pay: AED10,000.00 – AED12,000.00 per month
