Position: Account Manager — Crop Protection & Seeds (UAE)
Al Mubarak Agro-chemicals is a leading supplier of agricultural pesticides and seeds in UAE. We are expanding our commercial team and seeking a Field Sales Representative to develop and manage our network of agri-shops, dealers, and farms across the Northern Emirates.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain customer relationships across the Northern Emirates (Ras Al Khaimah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Sharjah, and Fujairah)
- Advise customers on appropriate product selection and application
- Achieve and grow assigned sales targets within the territory
- Conduct regular field visits to customers across the region
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in agricultural pesticides, seeds, or agri-inputs
- Degree or diploma in Agriculture or Agricultural Engineering
- Established relationships with agri-shops and farms in the Northern Emirates (preferred)
- Fluency in Arabic and English; additional languages an advantage
- Valid UAE driving license (company car provided)
- Willingness to travel frequently across the region
