The Account Manager for Leica Biosystems is responsible for generating revenue and market share for LBS products and services from customers in the Saudi market. Actively manage LBS Accounts to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and acquire new accounts to maximize sales potential across the targeted portfolio. Proactively research and identify potential new customers in line with strategic directives to generate sales and expand the Leica Biosystems customer base.
This position is part of the Commercial team located in Saudi Arabia and will be fully onsite in Riyadh. At Leica Biosystems, our vision is to advance cancer diagnostics and improve lives.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
Own and meet revenue targets in your designated sales territory and accounts.
Promote the full LBS product and services portfolio through customer visits, relationship building, and teamwork.
Develop account-based sales plans and strategies in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager to grow sales within the territory, based on a deep understanding of customer needs.
Proactively research and identify potential new customers to generate sales and expand the customer base.
Manage existing sales funnels to successful close.
Own tender projects within the defined territory.
Provide timely and accurate forecasts for orders and sales.
The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include
Bachelor’s Degree.
Relevant sales or account management experience in a clinical or life science environment.
Proven success in exceeding sales targets.
Ability to drive business success by managing customer needs and demonstrating a strong drive for growth.
Strong communication skills and business acumen.
Ability to build effective relationships inside and outside the organization.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Travel
Willing to travel within the territory up to 60% of the time.
Language:
Arabic and English.
