Account Manager Jobs in Doha, Qatar at United Development Company (UDC)
The mainpurposeof the Account Manager role is to lead, manage and improve the overall performance of service delivery across their assigned portfolio of UFMCO contracts in accordance with agreed customer service levels.
They will also be required to develop business within their own account and support specific opportunities.
Provideleadershipacross the designated account such that all account employees understand and adopt the strategy and plans and are motivated to achieve their objectives.
Oversee end-to-end service delivery and take ultimate responsibility for performance across the account and achievement of agreed service levels.
Liaise with key client points of contact on a regular basis regarding day-to-day service performance as well as participating in monthly service reviews.
Manage operational personnel within the designated account.
Coordinate and oversee all aspects of relevant subcontractor works to the account.
Support business development activity both through identifying extension opportunities within their existing account and supporting wider business development opportunities (e.g. via provision of subject matter expertise to support bids).

Job Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or facilities management related discipline.
A minimum of 5-8 years’ experience within a facilities management services environment in the Middle East.
Possess excellent financial, commercial, business development and people acumen to support the development ofinnovative solutionsand pricing of services.
Experience of management of facilities maintenance contracts and service delivery.
Experience of managing performance of facilities services across a range of KPIs and service levels.
Experience of client liaison, management and reporting.
Strong technical knowledge of key facilities management service delivery policies, procedures and best practice.
Exposure to business development and account management activity within a facilities management context.
