We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage corporate client relationships and ensure smooth service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking, financial services, or corporate account management, with proven experience handling clients and stakeholders in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for client requirements, requests, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Handle client concerns, escalations, and provide effective solutions.
- Monitor ongoing activities and ensure client expectations are met.
- Prepare reports, maintain client records, and support account documentation.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of Qatar experience in banking, financial services, or account management.
- Proven experience managing corporate clients and key stakeholders.
- Strong relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
Pay: QAR8,000.00 – QAR10,000.00 per month
