General Purpose
The role focuses on customer account management, ongoing service, support, and sales development within a defined geography and sector(s). The primary responsibilities include servicing and selling (additional products, tools, and services) to existing accounts, with an emphasis on acquiring new accounts. The role involves troubleshooting, providing technical guidance, identifying corrective actions, solving product or application issues, and implementing suitable solutions to maintain and grow customer accounts.
It is a customer-facing sales position responsible for retaining existing revenue and generating new sales opportunities with both current and prospective customers.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Achieve annual sales targets for existing and new customers by delivering high-quality customer service.
Manage accounts effectively to meet sales goals, gross profit targets, and payment collections.
Implement company sales strategies to enhance business growth.
Survey market potential in Riyadh through cold calling, identify potential clients, and actively pursue sales opportunities.
Deliver sales presentations demonstrating the superiority of products/services to meet or exceed client needs.
Negotiate commercial terms with customers and prepare proposals using the company’s standard format.
Support field evaluation of new solutions during the rollout phase.
Participate actively in the company’s CRM programs and collaborate with other departments within the organization.
Manage and update the sales leads funnel in a timely manner.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related science field (Chemistry preferred).
Relevant Experience:
3-5 years of direct sales experience in the hospitality or facility management sectors.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
