We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Jazan, Saudi Arabia. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Develop and nurture long-lasting relationships with key clients

Create and implement strategic account plans to maximize revenue and client satisfaction

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time

Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to communicate value propositions and ROI

Monitor and report on account performance, market trends, and competitive activities

Negotiate contracts and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in account management

Analyze client data and generate actionable insights to improve account performance

Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to meet client needs

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

3+ years of experience in account management or similar role

Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts

Strong strategic planning and project management skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities

Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant business tools

Demonstrated ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Industry-specific knowledge and understanding of market trends

Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients

Fluency in Arabic and English

Cultural sensitivity and understanding of Saudi business practices

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
