Job Description
This office-based position requires strong
teamwork
and relationship building skills across a wide client base.
Liaise effectively with staff members to complete tasks and build relationships with clients and business associates.
Resolve client complaints and inquiries swiftly and efficiently, maintaining database accuracy and completing reports/administration on time.
You will manage between 30-50 clients at any given time, requiring exemplary organizational skills. Key responsibilities include liaising with landlords regarding lease issues, medical institutions for medical packages, schools for new enrollments, and other matters crucial to relocating families and individuals.
Requirements Diplomatic and customer-driven approach.
Ability to handle stressful situations.
Local experience (approx. 2 years) is beneficial, as knowledge of the city is essential for effective inquiry assistance.
