Assist in resolving client concerns and issues promptly and effectively.
Support the identification of opportunities to expand existing client
accounts, such as offering additional services or solutions.
Assist in revenue maximization efforts
Assist in providing clients with regular updates, reports, and insights related to their transportation services.
Gather client feedback and insights to enhance service quality and address areas of improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing
Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
