Amazon, a global leader in e-commerce, is seeking an Account Manager (business development professional) to join its Third-Party Marketplace team in Dubai, UAE.
In this dynamic role, you will contribute to new business acquisition through lead generation, business evaluation via phone/email, and supporting the launch of new sellers, enabling them to offer their products to millions of Amazon customers. You should possess strong relationship-building skills and explore win-win opportunities with partners to help them grow on Amazon. Additionally, you will incorporate seller feedback into initiatives to improve Amazon’s products, services, processes, systems, and tools for third-party sellers, working with cross-functional teams.
Success in this role requires excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills. You will operate in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment, working autonomously and taking full responsibility for achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities include:
Identify, prospect, and recruit high-potential selling partners to Amazon.ae Marketplace.
Prioritize and manage a portfolio of selling partners to achieve product family goals and metrics.
Serve as a consultant to sellers, providing data-driven insights to optimize their success and growth.
Identify business opportunities by analyzing trends, popular brands, and pricing within your categories.
Conduct in-depth analysis of issues impacting seller performance and relay feedback into product and process improvements.
Educate sellers on Amazon’s high standards for Delivery and Customer Experience.
Track and report on business development metrics, analyze data, and develop action plans for your portfolio.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align programs that support seller growth.

Job Responsibilities
Identify and onboard potential sellers contributing to availability and price competitiveness in PC & Electronics categories.
Manage top sellers to ensure growth across all metrics and contribute to category topline.
Develop in-depth knowledge of Amazon tools and services to facilitate efficient adoption by sellers.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree
1+ years of sales experience
Ability to negotiate and influence senior stakeholders within seller organizations
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1+ years of sales experience in the Consumer Electronics sector
