Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in Zoho Books to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
Process purchase bills, credit notes, and payments in Zoho Books.
Perform bank and cash reconciliations on a regular basis.
Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Follow up on outstanding customer payments and vendor balances.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal departments when required.
Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree any
Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience.
Strong practical experience with Zoho Books is mandatory.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and google sheet
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
