About Us
BBV Cargo Marine Surveys L.L.C. S.O.C. is a professional marine and cargo surveying company providing independent inspection, survey, and consultancy services across the UAE and internationally. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
· Prepare and issue invoices, payment receipts, credit notes, and statements of account.
· Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments and maintain accounts receivable.
· Process supplier invoices and coordinate timely payments.
· Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records.
· Prepare and file UAE VAT returns in compliance with the Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations.
· Assist in UAE Corporate Tax compliance and related documentation.
· Maintain accounting records using Zoho Books.
· Assist in the preparation of financial reports, monthly accounts, and year-end audit schedules.
· Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants during audits.
· Maintain proper filing of financial and company documents.
· Handle official correspondence through Microsoft Outlook and maintain professional communication with clients and suppliers.
· Provide administrative support to management as required.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
· Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
· Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
· Hands-on experience with Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
· Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
· Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
· Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Preferred Qualifications
· M.Com, B.Com, Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any other relevant accounting qualification.
· Minimum 4 years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE.
· Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
· Hands-on experience with Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
· Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
· Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Salary & Benefits
· Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 4,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience)
