IDJRJob Responsibilities Manage the full sales cycle of Tommy Hilfiger Watches across Europe and Africa.
Achieve
sales targets
and implement local marketing measures.
Train local partners and ensure premium brand presentation.
Align local strategies with headquarters and develop mid-term growth plans.
Conduct ongoing reporting, sales, and distribution analysis.
Visit markets to secure distribution quality, train staff, and build relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing and Customer Service.
Influence product development by anticipating trends.
Gather market intelligence for
strategic decision-making
.
Identify and propose new distributors and retail accounts.
Candidate Profile Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of international sales experience, preferably in watches, FMCG, fashion, or accessories. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is required. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
