, you will directly impact how our business moves and succeeds by helping new clients grow their businesses.
The main goal for this role is to identify business opportunities with current leads / clients and prospective key clients, and to sell Infobip’s product / service offerings to high-touch clients in the designated area. You will also proactively recommend solutions to our clients.
In addition to sales activities, the Account Executive is usually one of the most experienced sales representatives. It is expected that you share your knowledge with team members, mentor newly recruited sales staff, and answer technical and procedural questions for less experienced colleagues.
Main Responsibilities :
Focus on sourcing, lead qualification, and closing sales.
Sell a subset of products or services directly or via partners to a customer base within the target account list in the designated team.
Involve specialists for particular aspects of sales when needed (e.g., SE for demos).
Develop solution proposals covering all aspects of client needs.
Manage sales through forecasting, resource requesting, account strategy, and planning.
Participate in developing, presenting, and selling value propositions.
Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close sales.
Maintain client relationships by collaborating with sales, CSEs, or Inside Sales teams to ensure account health.
Work closely with BDR teams to take over leads.
Cross-sell within existing accounts on complex deals, including renegotiations.
Main Requirements :
Years of applicable experience, including solution sales (SaaS and CPaaS sales experience is a plus).
Experience working with banking, finance, and insurance companies is advantageous.
Successful sales track record with commission earnings.
Ability to penetrate accounts and engage stakeholders within them.
Knowledge of Infobip and/or competitors.
Experience interacting with C-level executives.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Self-motivated, eager to win, and always looking to push limits.
Ambitious sales professional aiming to grow in a high-growth environment.
Proactive and creative in addressing clients’ needs.
Confident and persistent in presenting products and ideas.
Fluent in English and Arabic, with excellent communication skills.
