Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with Fit-Out Expertise to lead and oversee interior fit-out projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, execution, budgeting, and team management within the fit-out industry.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee fit-out projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and suppliers.
Develop project budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
Conduct site inspections, manage contractors, and ensure quality standards are met.
Ensure projects comply with UAE regulations and safety standards.
Lead and manage on-site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in fit-out project management (residential, commercial, or hospitality).
Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
Strong leadership, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with UAE fit-out regulations, materials, and suppliers.
Proficiency in project management tools such as AutoCAD and MS Project.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
