We are urgently seeking to hire an Accommodation Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in the UAE in the same or similar role, and Egyptian nationality is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the staff accommodation, ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
Supervise accommodation staff, ensuring tasks are completed to company standards.
Coordinate and manage room assignments, maintenance requests, and any issues related to the accommodation.
Maintain inventory of accommodation supplies and ensure they are stocked appropriately.
Handle any accommodation-related inquiries or complaints from staff promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience as an Accommodation Supervisor, ideally in the UAE.
Egyptian nationality preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
